Payment is done via Paypal Invoices in USD.

Once the definitive sketch is approved, the client pays the full price through a PayPal Invoice.

Refunds are only acceptable if the work has yet to begin. Particular cases where I'm unable to continue or finish your request a refund will be discussed.

In case of a commission being cancelled after payment has been sent and/or in the middle of finishing said commission a refund will be discussed in which both parties are satisfied.

All commission work is for personal use only. In case of needing commercial use a fee will be applied to the request's total price.

Reposting of my work is allowed with credit (indicating my user @AFKarchive, a link to my profile or directly tagging my twitter).

Tracing, altering, usage for NFTs or AI, or claiming my work as your own is prohibited.

Major changes and corrections at sketch stage. Small changes (such as misunderstandings of part of the character design provided, expression, etc.) can be done throughout the commission process.

Turnaround time may vary around 2 weeks to 2 months. In case you need an specific deadline, let me know beforehand and it can be discussed.

I will be in communication via Discord, Email or Twitter to recieve feedback.

I may use your commission for future reference in price sheets as well as posting it on my account, please let it be known beforehand if you're not comfortable with that.

Please provide clear references (moodboards, character design, pose, etc. AI images will be denied.
